Fourth of July Tablescape
The Fourth of July is quickly approaching and what better way to get ready than to create the perfect tablescape? I absolutely love getting to host my close family and friends with a festive setting to celebrate the freedom of our country together!
Follow along to learn a few of my favorite tips and tricks to creating the perfect tablescape!
Great scent, great light and fabulous florals create the perfect setting for any gathering!
Invest in some personality-driven containers! This would be the perfect place to showcase any beautiful antique or heirloom containers you may have. This element creates not only a unique look for your table, but are also great conversation starters.
Do not worry if you do not have one to match this patriotic color scheme.

Layer, layer, layer!
Your table needs a great base to layer on top of, so I chose to go with a beautiful patterned one and I absolutely adore this gorgeous tablecloth! It added the perfect element to my tablescape.
Layering with different colors, textures and patterns will set your table apart, so do not be afraid to mix. This gives added dimension and makes for a fabulous setting. This is also the perfect way to add your festive holiday touches! I chose to incorporate my galvanized star chargers and add patriotic color elements throughout.

I chose to add this fun red and blue ribbon for an extra element of layers. Weave the ribbon throughout your chair and tie it on the inside! It gives such a pretty look and adds so much detail. If you have a chair with nowhere to weave the ribbon, tie it to the top of each side of your chair and leave the tails long and flowing. This gives a gorgeous, classic look that will flow beautifully in the Summer breeze.
Accent your table!
Adding small bowls of fresh fruit or candies throughout your table is an excellent detail and your guests will also be thrilled to have a snack.
Always remember to include a napkin treatment. This shows your attention to detail and ties everything together seamlessly! I also decided to add fresh floral clippings for a special touch in this tablescape.
Of course you can’t forget about your focal piece! For this table, I used fresh florals. I chose to use beautiful blue hydrangeas with American flags tucked throughout. Don’t forget to add ice to your hydrangeas to prevent them from wilting in the Summer heat!
